1. Toepassing

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle offertes, opdrachten en diensten van Ontruimen.be.

2. Offertes en prijzen

Offertes zijn indicatief tenzij expliciet als vaste prijs bevestigd.
Prijswijzigingen kunnen optreden bij onjuiste of onvolledige informatie vooraf.
Eventuele extra kosten worden vooraf besproken.

3. Planning en uitvoering

Uitvoeringsdatum wordt in overleg vastgelegd.
Klant zorgt voor redelijke toegang tot het pand en relevante informatie.
Bij overmacht kan planning aangepast worden.

4. Betaling

Betalingsvoorwaarden worden vermeld op de offerte/factuur.
Facturen zijn betaalbaar binnen de vermelde termijn.
Bij laattijdige betaling kunnen wettelijke kosten en intresten verschuldigd zijn.

5. Aansprakelijkheid

Ontruimen.be is enkel aansprakelijk voor directe schade veroorzaakt door aantoonbare fout, binnen de grenzen van de toepasselijke wetgeving en verzekeringsdekking.

6. Klachten

Klachten dienen binnen redelijke termijn en schriftelijk gemeld te worden via info@ontruimen.be.

7. Toepasselijk recht

Op alle overeenkomsten is Belgisch recht van toepassing. Bevoegde rechtbanken zijn die van het arrondissement van de maatschappelijke zetel.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotations, assignments and services provided by Ontruimen.be.

2. Quotations and pricing

Quotations are indicative unless explicitly confirmed as fixed price.
Price changes may apply if initial information is incorrect or incomplete.
Any additional costs are discussed in advance.

3. Planning and execution

Execution date is agreed together with the client.
The client provides reasonable access to the property and relevant details.
In force majeure situations, planning may be adjusted.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated on quotation/invoice.
Invoices are payable within the stated period.
Late payment may incur legal costs and interest.

5. Liability

Ontruimen.be is only liable for direct damage resulting from proven fault, within legal limits and insurance coverage.

6. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period to info@ontruimen.be.

7. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Courts of the district of the registered office are competent.

Ces conditions s'appliquent a tous les devis, missions et services de Ontruimen.be.

2. Devis et prix

Les devis sont indicatifs sauf confirmation explicite d'un prix fixe.
Des ajustements de prix peuvent s'appliquer en cas d'informations initiales incorrectes ou incompletes.
Tout cout supplementaire est discute a l'avance.

3. Planification et execution

La date d'execution est fixee d'un commun accord.
Le client assure un acces raisonnable au bien et fournit les informations utiles.
En cas de force majeure, la planification peut etre adaptee.

4. Paiement

Les conditions de paiement figurent sur le devis/la facture.
Les factures sont payables dans le delai indique.
En cas de retard, des frais et interets legaux peuvent etre dus.

5. Responsabilite

Ontruimen.be est uniquement responsable des dommages directs causes par une faute prouvee, dans les limites legales et de couverture d'assurance.

6. Reclamations

Les reclamations doivent etre introduites par ecrit dans un delai raisonnable via info@ontruimen.be.

7. Droit applicable

Le droit belge est applicable a tous les contrats. Les tribunaux competents sont ceux de l'arrondissement du siege social.
